The Gatekeeper
The Gatekeeper was a one-day MCM-sanctioned simulated minecraft tournament that took place on Sunday February 19, 2017. It was a single-duel knockout tournament with only 12 participants, most of which were selected for their demonstrated and recognized skill and success in other MCM tournaments. Eight Challengers were randomly seeded in to four knockout duels, the winner of which going on to face one of the four Champions. The winning four from those duels then entered a simple semi-finals and finals knockout.
Wolf won his third MCM-sanctioned event, and second in February, Fresh Seconds Tournament winner Chicane coming second.
